Samsung can continue selling its Galaxy line of smartphones and Galaxy Tab 10.1 Android tablet in the US. Apple had filed a law suit against the Korean company alleging that some of its smartphones and latest tablets infringe on their copyright. While Apple managed to obtain a preliminary injunction against Samsung in Germany, in the US a federal court denied a request for a similar ban.
