Apple has always maintained that Samsung's 10 inch Galaxy Tab 10.1 is exactly like its iPad 2. Now a German court too has upheld that view and issued a preliminary injunction which will effectively prevent Samsung from selling its tablet in most parts of the European Union. An Australian court had issued a similar ruling against Samsung last week.
That said, these aren't going to be final
