AMAZON TABLET COULD LAUNCH FOR $299 OR LESS

Amazon is expected to launch its first ever Android tablet in a few weeks. Word is that the device will launch for hundreds less than the entry level Apple iPad and that probably makes sense. Amazon doesn’t have to recover costs by selling the tablet at a high margin. The company can make money off its appstore for Android apps and other services like the Kindle eBook store.
