Dell has released an updated version of its semi-rugged Latitude 2100 netbook. The new model dubbed Latitude 2110 has pretty much the same looks as its predecessor, but it also sports a number of updates.First, the Latitude 2110 is powered by a 1.83GHz Intel Atom N470 processor and GMA 3150 graphics.
