Sony has announced an update to its 13 inch VAIO S ultraportable laptop. The new and improved Sony VAIO S starts at $899. It is available with a choice of Intel's first generation Core i3 and i5 processors and sports a magnesium alloy chassis.Like its predecessor, the new VAIO S will also have an optical drive.
