Smartbook AG has released a new 7 inch Android tablet PC in Germany. The machine looks an awful lot like the Augen GenTouch78 tablet which went on sale in the US recently. The tablet called Smartbook Surfer is powered by a Telechips TTC8902 720MHz processor. It runs Google Android 2.1. The 7 inch display has a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels.
